Shipping Information
We ship worldwide using eco-conscious packaging and reliable shipping partners to minimize our environmental impact. We prioritize standard shipping over express shipping to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible.
Shipping Within India
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
We offer free shipping on all orders within India, ensuring your items reach you quickly and securely.
Shipping Outside India
- Free Shipping: For purchases worth ₹30,000 or more, we offer free shipping on international orders.
- For purchases under ₹30,000: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the destination.
- Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
Important: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These additional charges are beyond our control and are imposed by the destination country’s customs department.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
- Shipping Time:
- Domestic (India): Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.
- International: Delivery typically takes between 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Dispatch Location
All orders are shipped from our main office in Nerok Ruk-Ruk Zanskar, Near Degree College, Kargil, Leh Ladakh, Ladakh.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can track the status of your order directly through the courier’s website.
Shipping Delays

Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to a single address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Cancellations
